This dialog serves for managing all parameters you may want to adjust. Some parameters only refer to the current project, other parameters have permanent validity.
Click on 
Options in the function bar
below the main menu or on Extras
and Options in the main menu
and mark the required option. Should only some entries be visible,
start out by clicking on the plus sign.
As an alternative, you can open the Options dialog by pressing keys Alt + P.
