Click on   Options in the function bar below the main menu and select Global Options - General on the left.

Playback

Whenever dialogs that appear automatically, e.g. from sound cards, receive keyboard input focus, keypad, mouse and remote control unit no longer refer to Wings Vioso RX. This may turn out to be a disaster during a presentation as it can no longer be controlled. If you enable Force keyboard input focus this can no longer happen during playback or during the presentation. Important note: However, it will not be possible to work in other windows during playback.

Video playback

A RED ROCKET or RED ROCKET X accelerator card that may be contained in your computer can be enabled before its use in order to accelerate decoding of REDCORE-RAW videos. To do so check box Use RED rocket.

Preferred text editor

Here you can specify a text editor for editing text files, e.g. the schedule file for CF Cards.

Slide Projection

In order to control slide projectors check box Enable usage of slide projectors. This change will only take effect at the next program start, i.e. you need to close the Options Dialog and close and restart Wings Vioso RX. See also Slide programming. Further information on controlling slide projectors can be found in the help for Audiovision for Wings Platinum which can be requested from AV Stumpfl.

Playback priority

This setting allows you to take an influence on how the available PC capacity is to be assigned to Wings Vioso RX and other applications. Settings only need to be changed when other applications are run simultaneously, e.g. PowerPoint, and Wings Vioso RX is no longer able to run the show properly. In this case you should choose a higher priority.
