Normally, prepared effects can already be imported when creating new projects. If you happen to have forgotten to do so, want to edit older projects or want to add additional effects you can do so as follows:
In the Media Pool, click category 
Control tracks.
Right-click the tab and select Import from template... and the file selection dialog for folder Templates will be displayed.
Select template Default Pools and click OK. Following this the folder *Imported is added.
From the file selection dialog you can also select other templates or projects and import the corresponding control track effects.
