Creating a group with radio button behavior

Several toggle buttons can be grouped into an indicator group in order to allow radio button behavior. In an indicator group only one element can be ON, whereas all other elements automatically change to OFF.

    1. On the touch panel create the required number of toggle buttons.

    2. Highlight these elements, e.g. by drawing a frame around them.

    3. Right-click one of these elements and select Edit Indicator Group. Note: If this function cannot be selected you may have chosen default buttons instead of the required toggle buttons.

    4. Enter a name for the group. If option Allow 'All Off' State is enabled you can click a button which is ON in order to turn it OFF following which all buttons are turned OFF. For classic radio button group behavior this option must not be enabled.

    5. Enter a name for the group and click OK follow which the elements are grouped. If one element is ON (1) all the other elements are automatically turned OFF (0).

If the individual elements of the group are to be identified in Avio Manager you need to change the control name of every element by right-clicking it and changing the name accordingly by selecting Edit Control Name , e.g. to RG Button 1, RG Button 2 etc.
