If videos, images or other media cannot be imported to the Media Pool this may be due to the following reasons:
the media file format is not supported by Wings Vioso RX.
Solutions:
...for images: Open the picture in your image editing program and save it as a different format. If the picture has a higher color depth than 24 bits, save it as TIF file or reduce it to 24 bits. Important: Please note that TIF files must only contain RGB or CMYK bitmaps and no RAW data as RAW images are not supported by Wings Vioso RX.
...for videos: Convert the video to a supported format using a tool of your choice.

The media file is damaged. To verify this, you can try to open the file with a different program.
The media file is located in the root directory and the display data cannot be saved as there is an access authorization problem or there are too many files in the root directory (number is limited). Solution: Make sure that the files are always copied to the same folder.
