If the supplied Avio scripts do not meet your demands with regard to certain functions you can also write your own scripts. This, however, requires some knowledge of the programming language Lua. The Internet provides a lot of information on this free programming language.
Wings Engine and Avio dongle come along with the tool for writing and debugging Lua scripts. In Avio Manager right-click on a script and choose Edit Script or Debug Script, following which the script opens in the Editor.
Please note that supplied scripts cannot be modified and are write-protected. If you want to modify one of these scripts you need to create a copy first. The supplied scripts can be found in folder
C:\ProgramData\AV Stumpfl\Scripts
This folder contains also subfolder Custom for saving your own scripts.
So if you want to modify one of the supplied scripts copy it to subfolder Custom and rename it. However, it is also possible to import scripts via the web interface of Avio Services (...also works with an IObox or Wings Vioso RX) at Logic - Upload Script File. After installing the script you can right-click and open it in the Avio manager. See also Avio Scripts.
Although we cannot offer any support for any newly created or modified scripts we are able to create scripts in accordance with customer requirements which will be charged at cost incurred.
